Some instructors will walk you through some of their current deals and provide networking opportunities and answer the questions you will have as a real estate investor.

Make sure that you get there early to get a good seat.  New and experienced real estate investors are in attendance and can provide some real world information on the real estate business.  Find out what is working in your region, what the software and strategies that are currently being used.   Expect lively discussion and great presenters.
